Introducing GEDIA – a
Generalizable, Dextrous Intelligent Agent
To perform complex jobs in the real world, robots need to be able to gracefully generalize to any type of new environment or task. To this end, we present GEDIA (Generalizable Dexterous Intelligent Agent) - one of the first production-ready systems to integrate end-to-end visuomotor policies with traditional robotic planning and control. This enables GEDIA to handle complex, long-duration tasks while continuously learning from experience and accepting inputs via natural language, user interfaces, and APls.
